L'Azienda Agricola Il Platino est née en 1990 de la fusion de deux réalités agricoles locales appartenant à 2 familles dont les origines remontent à des siècles. La famille Cavazzini et la famille Micheli ont historiquement fait de la culture et de l'agriculture leurs principales activités.
